NBA Legend Cooks & Serves Meals at Men’s Shelter

Basketball great Charles Oakley made a special visit to our Men’s Shelter at 2100 Lakeside! The Charles Oakley Foundation has partnered with PlayRobinhood to #OakOutHunger in cities across the country. Oakley is originally from Cleveland and said stopping home to feed residents of the shelter was a must. He prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner -primarily himself- and served meals to shelter residents, as well!
