On Saturday, October 20th, LMM hosted NETWORK’s Nuns on the Bus tour and was joined by partners, advocates, neighbors and friends to recognize the importance of social services in our community.
LMM was chosen as a site visit for NETWORK’s Nuns on the Bus: Tax Justice Truth Tour, and the touring group will take what they learned at LMM to a national stage in hopes of advocating for people who continue to need programming and services like LMM provides.
The sixth national Nuns on the Bus tour will include 54 events in 21 states over the course of 27 days. For more information on the tour, please click HERE.
