Invest in Hope

A gift to LMM is an investment in hope.

Hope for restorative justice and second chances.
Hope for healing and resilience.
Hope for an inclusive workforce and civic participation.
Hope for a place to call home and peace of mind.

No matter the size, your gift is critical to the future of our residents, neighbors and friends in need.

How Will You Give?

Workforce Development Social Enterprises

LMM’s commitment to people who are unemployed or underemployed made a bold leap towards progress when we secured a food truck and expanded our culinary services to include catering and special events. Please consider making a special contribution to our social enterprises or hiring our team for your special occasion.

Culinary Training Scholarship Fund

While LMM works with intention to make the tuition for our culinary training program (CTP) of little to no cost to our program participants and students, their ability to pay for personal supplies, training and equipment to complete their studies is often a challenge. LMM’s Development staff is working with our team in Workforce Development to start a Scholarship Fund for our culinary students. More than 90% of our students are low to moderate income. LMM provides free or reduced tuition, assistance with job placement and basic materials for classes.

If you are able to assist with the additional training materials, chef clothing and start up materials, please consider a donation to our CTP Scholarship Fund.

From Homeless, to Housed

The men at 2100 Lakeside are challenged by the need for personal toiletries, furniture and household items.

If you would like to assist LMM, while honoring their dignity and ability to secure the items they need, please consider a financial contribution.

Resilience for Youth Facing Adversity

LMM’s Youth Resiliency Services (YRS) operates one of the few emergency shelters for children in Cuyahoga County, licensed by the Ohio Department of Jobs & Family Services (ODJFS). The shelter is available twenty-four hours, seven days a week, 365 days per year for the admission of youth between the ages of 13 and 17.

Upon admission, children are in crisis and the objective is to be as supportive and constructive as possible during their stay. Our commitment to radical hospitality for the youth we serve knows no bounds. If you would like to support our efforts to nurture resilience in youth facing a housing crisis, please donate today.

Safety for Vulnerable Seniors

LMM’s Guardianship Services (GS) program provides qualified legal guardians to serve as caring advocates and decision-makers for adults who have been deemed incompetent by Probate Court and lack family/friends to support and protect their needs and interests. GS clientele includes older adults with dementia and age-related health problems as well as adults with severe persistent mental illness.

Please consider supporting the Guardianship Services Emergency Ward Fund, a fund that assists with covering the cost of basic needs for vulnerable seniors under guardianship.
