The last week of April marks “National Reentry Week,” a time dedicated to uplifting the opportunities – and challenges – returning citizens encounter. LMM supported the Cuyahoga County Office of Reentry’s programming by planning and hosting a two-part People’s Reentry Assembly, a Chopped4Change cooking competition and the third annual Charles R. See Forum on Reentry.
At LMM, we believe that returning citizens deserve second chances, reducing collateral sanctions, and advancing policies that support the best possible outcomes for those involved in the justice system. We look forward to continuing to contribute to paving a new way for individuals with backgrounds and breaking down barriers to reentry.
