Need Shelter?

Cuyahoga County’s shelter intake is managed by FrontLine Service and is located at 1736 Superior Ave., on the 2nd floor in the Bishop Cosgrove building.

If you are homeless and need shelter, their Coordinated Intake and Assessment office is the first step, and is now only available by phone at 216.674.6700. Coordinated Intake’s phoneline is open from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.

If you are a single adult male and need shelter outside of those hours, you can come directly to the Men’s Shelter at 2100 Lakeside Ave. for shelter and call the Coordinated Intake and Assessment office when they re-open. No appointment is needed at the shelter or for coordinated intake calls.
