Congratulations to LMM’s Workforce Development Program Director, Malika Kidd, for officially earning her Master’s in Business Administration from Cleveland State University!
Malika is an incredible example of the importance of second chances and fair chance hiring. After 14 years of incarceration, Malika has since earned her Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees all while holding full-time leadership roles in LMM’s Chopping for Change and Workforce Development programs.
