A culturally specific program that serves young men ages 19-29 who have been involved in the justice system. YAARP Sr. participants learn how to face the challenges of re-entering community while addressing substance abuse, domestic issues and job readiness. Some program participants are selected for part time Care Team positions and work under supervisors who have traveled their road.

YAARP Sr. is funded through the City of Cleveland's Department of Public Safety and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
