Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry's Persons with Disabilities Area of Service consists of two programs: Linking Employment, Abilities & Potential (LEAP) and Maximum Accessible Housing of Ohio.

Linking Employment, Abilities & Potential provides cosumer-directed services & advocacy for persons with disabilities through offices in Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties.

Maximum Accessible Housing of Ohio operates five accessible apartment buildings in Cuyahoga, Lorain and Lake Counties.
