Run for Shelter, at Edgewater Park's Beach Pavilion. There will be a one mile walk starting at 9:00 am and a 5k run that begins at 9:15 am. Proceeds will benefit Westhaven Youth Shelter, which provides emergency shelter for homeless, runaway and other vulnerable teens. Cost is $15 in advance or $18 on the day of the race. Register at www.hermescleveland.com, call 216.633.9933 or mail in the registration form to Hermes Sports & Events. Awards will be given to the top male and top female and three deep to males and females in the following age categories: 10 & under, 11-15, 16-20, 21-25, 26-30, 31-35, 36-40, 41-45, 46-50, 51-55, 56-60, and 61 & over. T-shirts and refreshments will be provided.
