LMM Makes PQI Progress In the first year of our new Performance Quality Improvement plan, LMM has made great strides. As of mid-year: staff have attended multiple trainings on quality improvement, programs are further developing outcome measurements, new policies have been adopted, and committees have been established for risk management and Central Performance and Quality Improvement. Progress in the first half of the year also includes LMM providing quality services for 4,946 individuals, with the help of 1,444 volunteers.
